When we get hurt or react to something we store that in our emotional energy bag of baggage, as we go through life we gather more and more of this baggage. Now we have a way to clear this baggage, the memory remains intact but the emotional charge is dissolved and resolved, releasing the old stagnant energy and replacing it with new energy, giving you more free energy to live your life more freely.
