These lupine flowers, which normally grow straight, assumed cobra formations in front of this Nataraj murti. Quite amazing.

I thought this group in particular would appreciate this.

I think, wisdom without humour is hard to take in. When we hear a master

laugh, or bring us to laughter, I think it warms our souls and make us

moore mindful!

To live intentionally and compassionately is the fullness of meditation. Learning to still your body and mind is the first thing you can do intentionally. The fruit of this intention is compassion!

People feel that because they are meditating they have to be doing something. Actually meditating means that you are doing nothing.

like stars,  mists and candle flames,  mirages,  dew drops and water bubbles, like dreams,  lightening and clouds. In that way I will view all composite phenomena.

"When I recognize - recognize - that within me is silence.

And this silence is not silent.

That when I become completely still, that I am not still.

That when I remove all these barriers that are in front of me

that I can then begin to feel my freedom.

Freedom that is within you.

Understanding that is within you.

Love that is within you.

A feeling that is within you.

A feeling that is so yours that nobody can take it away.

A joy that is inherent to every single human being on the face of earth.

No matter who they are.

A grace that has touched all of us.

Divinity that resides in each one of our hearts.

No temples have to be created for this divinity.

This divinity cannot live in a temple.

This divinity insists to live in the heart of all human beings.

And that's what Knowledge is.."                  - Maharaji  2011

Meditation on wall street ! ♥ Beautiful change !

The Flowering of Human Consciousness ~ Eckhart Tolle

When you lose touch with inner stillness, you lose touch with yourself. When yo...u lose touch with yourself, you lose yourself in the world.

Your innermost sense of self, of who you are, is inseparable from stillness. This is the 'I Am' that is deeper than name and form.

When you become aware of silence, immediately there is that state of inner still alertness. You are present. You have stepped out of thousands of years of collective human conditioning.

Quote of the moment:

"Choose your thoughts
carefully. Keep what
brings you peace, release
what brings you suffering.
And know that happiness
is just a thought away."
