Comment by Tina Persson on August 6, 2012 at 11:05am I think, wisdom without humour is hard to take in. When we hear a master
laugh, or bring us to laughter, I think it warms our souls and make us
moore mindful!
Comment by Art Zocalo on July 6, 2012 at 2:23pm To live intentionally and compassionately is the fullness of meditation. Learning to still your body and mind is the first thing you can do intentionally. The fruit of this intention is compassion!

People feel that because they are meditating they have to be doing something. Actually meditating means that you are doing nothing.

Comment by desmond dillon on January 31, 2012 at 1:13pm "When I recognize - recognize - that within me is silence.
And this silence is not silent.
That when I become completely still, that I am not still.
That when I remove all these barriers that are in front of me
that I can then begin to feel my freedom.
Freedom that is within you.
Understanding that is within you.
Love that is within you.
A feeling that is within you.
A feeling that is so yours that nobody can take it away.
A joy that is inherent to every single human being on the face of earth.
No matter who they are.
A grace that has touched all of us.
Divinity that resides in each one of our hearts.
No temples have to be created for this divinity.
This divinity cannot live in a temple.
This divinity insists to live in the heart of all human beings.
And that's what Knowledge is.." - Maharaji 2011
