~ summer dream time ~

a drive thru the green countryside
the white wild roses are all in bloom
fragrant scent of delight in the air

at the lake shore a breeze
blows the cottonwood fluff magically around
still a bit cold for swimming

but good for cooling off
walk stumble quick dive in

burst out with a yelp of invigorating cold

thru the clear clean waters rocks entice below
picking up some neat ones
sparkly or white or mottled red or purple n silver gold

highlights glimmer in the sun
wet water is our all enhancing plight
like a dream dreamt , real but unreal

it all appears to make perfect sense
but no sense, just being , seeing , wondering
feeling Life like a child
