Happiness is not an individual matter

All of our ancestors and all future generations are present in us. Liberation is not an individual matter. As long as the ancestors in us are still suffering, we cannot be happy, and we will transmit that suffering to our children and their…Continue

Walking in the City

Walking mindfully wherever we are. We don't have to wait for the perfect forest path. Even when you go to the bus stop, you can make it into a walking meditation. Even if our surroundings are full of noise and agitation, we can still walk in the rhythm with our breathing. Even in the commotion of a big city, we can walk with peace, happiness and an inner smile.

This is what it means to live fully in every moment of every day of our life.

Each one of us has to be our true self: fresh, solid, at ease, loving and compassionate. When we are our true selves, not only you but everyone around you will profit from your presence. Just like a beautiful tree: if the tree is anything but a tree we will all be in trouble.

Our practice is to find our true home. When we breathe, we breathe in such a way that we can find our true home. When we make a step, we make a step in such a way that we touch our true home with our feet.

the meaning of what is written here...

Being able to arrive fully in the present moment. To be in the here and in the now. This is our true home.

Through my love for you,
I want to express my love
for the whole cosmos,
the whole of humanity,
and all beings.
By living with you,
I want to learn to love
everyone and all species.
If I succeed in loving you,
I will be able to love everyone
and all species on Earth...
This is the real message of love.
