-Boulder Public Library will be participating in their 4th CHALK4PEACE Sept. 26 while MOTHERS ACTING UP in Boulder and Superior E.S. in Superior, will conduct their events on the International Day of Peace, Tuesday, 21 Sept. Look for chalk activity near the Boulder Bookstore on the Pearl St. Mall....
