I am so ashamed i dont know what to say..

It is shocking what the US has been reduce to in the four years of Mob rule! Is this the future of democracy? Is this the beginning of the end of US civilization? Do we have to tolerate this kind of mob rule fir another 14 days? I AM SO ASHAMED I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY.

This Christmas...

End a quarrel.

Seek out a forgotten friend.

Dismiss suspicion and replace it with trust.

Write a love letter.

Share a treasure.

Give a soft answer.

Keep a promise.

Find time for others.

Forgo a grudge.

Forgive your enemies.

Listen.

Apologize if you are…

Rest in Power, Rep. John Lewis

RIP John Lewis. Your firey sensibility to the injustices of this world compelled you to fearlessly stand up and speak as one powerful, lion-like voice for so many. You will never be forgotten.

Nelson Mandela: After I became president..

Nelson Mandela: "After I became president, I asked one day some members of my close protection to stroll with me in the city, have lunch at one of its restaurants. We sat in one of the downtown restaurants and all of us asked for some sort of food."

"After a while, the waiter brought us our requests, I noticed that there is someone…

~ What if ~ POEM

Dear friends ~ a thoughtful poem to read and consider as we traverse this time of disruption together.

WHAT IF

What if… the virus is here to help us?

What if we subscribe to the philosophy that life is always working out for us?

That there is an intelligence far greater than humans at work. That all is interconnected.

To reset. To remember. What is truly important.

Reconnecting with family and community.

Reducing…

'Thank You'

I think we should also start a global trend that says 'Thank You' to all the people who are enabling us to stay at home. The food producers, the warehouse workers, the van drivers, the supermarket staff. the Pharmacy staff, the hospital staff, the social welfare staff, the many many many unseen people working behind the scenes still keeping things ticking over so the majority of people can stay at home. And also be aware of the people who are at home with no income or financial support…

The fisherman and the businessman

There was once a businessman who was sitting by the beach in a small Brazilian village.

As he sat, he saw a Brazilian fisherman rowing a small boat towards the shore having caught quite few big fish.

The businessman was impressed and asked the fisherman, “How long does it take you to catch so many fish?”

The fisherman…

We are called to assist the Earth to heal her wounds

Sculpture by Lorenzo Quinn

¨Today we are faced with a challenge that calls for a shift in our thinking, so that humanity stops threatening its life-support system. We are called to assist the Earth to heal her wounds and in the process heal our own – indeed to embrace the whole of creation in all its diversity, beauty and wonder. ¨…

The world without spirit is a wasteland

Art by Victor Nizovtsev

Everything under heaven is a sacred vessel and cannot be controlled

Art ~ Catrin Welz-Stein

"Everything under heaven is a sacred vessel and cannot be controlled.

Trying to control leads to ruin. Trying to grasp.. we lose.

Allow your life to unfold naturally.

Know that it too is a vessel of perfection.

Just as you breathe…

The world would transform in an instant. Lets go!

"What if our religion was each other. If our practice was our life. If prayer, our words. What if the temple was the Earth. If forests were our church. If holy ...water--the rivers, lakes, and ocean. What if meditation was our relationships. If the teacher was life. If wisdom was self-knowledge. If love was the center of our being."

This is a memorial to the truth that real facts matter

This is a memorial to the truth that real facts matter:

Over a third of Americans now don’t believe that over 6 million Jews were killled in the Holocaust, but on 2 July 1942, 82 children from Lidice -- a small village in Czechoslovakia -- were transferred to the Łódź Gestapo office. Those 82 boys and girls were then transported to an extermination…
