Buddha - By Federico García Lorca - Buddha – Por Federico García Lorca

Buddha - By Federico García Lorca

This unpublished poem by Federico García Lorca was writing when I was 20.
The manuscript belongs to the collection of Fuentevaqueros House Museum (birthplace of the poet). Of the four facets that compose the poem lacks the latter.

The palace in the shadow
Misty teaches its gold burnished
The melting your tulle warm night
Between red and blue stars.
Jackals cry lost in jungles.

In the bloody lotus pond
Water lilies, palms, shady
In the gardens of towering palms
Severe lean and languid
Keeping pace with their melodies

Sweet majestic magnolias
Dan fragrance on things.
Moonlit night. Strange comfort.
Arthur mourns his sky light
Flores, divine ... Stones, precious.

(One page missing here)

He opened the door of infinite calm
esfumose later. Siddhartha meditates.
A voice whispers soft blue
"You are Tathagatha, pure, without equal."

Gold funds among white roses
She wore her charms the goddess Truth
The lit abode hieratic
Aspiring sad enigmatic scent
Slow flowing out of eternity.

The body without a soul went to the room
Yashodara and the child slept
Siddhartha felt a violent oppression
Shadow hearts lay ...
Grave beat the sky.

The arrow tore threw Mara
Crossing left the room
Sweet heart fell asleep in the fragrance
May the light of heaven to let him.
And went to Bliss

Siddhartha sobs. The palace far
Between branches teaches its burnished gold
The melting your tulle warm night
Between red and blue stars.
Jackals cry lost in jungles.

Manuscript

Siddhartha solloza. El palacio lejano
Enseña entre ramas sus oros bruñidos
La cálida noche derrite sus tules
Entre las estrellas rojizas y azules.
Lloran los chacales en junglas perdidos.
