Mr.Richard Stoker,  liked  my video, " Slumbers of Gold"  very much & as a token of appreciation decided to compose a song for me & called it   " Monody"

After playing the tune, I rechristened  it as "Monody of Water Falls" 

 

Mr.Richard Stoker : is a British composer and writer.

He  was a Professor of composition at the Royal Academy of Music for 26 years. Mr.Stoker, is also an Associate of the Royal College of Music and a Founder member of the Atlantic Council.

Mr.Stoker, has declared the piano to be his favourite instrument, with the guitar a close second. He has produced a number of pieces for both instruments. He is a fellow of the Royal Academy of Music, and is a former editor of Composer magazine.

Mr.Stoker, is also a film actor -- he has appeared in over 100 films worldwide.

He interviewed,  Pandit Ravi Shanker,  many years ago for a magazine.

 

It has been a honour & privilege for me  to have a song written by such a famous personality.
