DESCRIPTION:\nThis fun and powerful workshop is in two parts. In the 1
 st part you will have an opportunity to understand healing with sound 
 using harmonics from your voice. It covers the basic mouth positions a
 nd theory to get EVERYONE singing overtones. No singing experience req
 uired. In the 2nd part we will be using the sacred breath in playing t
 he Native American Flute. Both techniques are grounding, a great way t
 o relax, meditate, express yourself and enjoy being in the moment.\nHO
 W TO OVERTONE SING  10:00am – 2:00pm, Fee £40\nHOW TO PLAY THE NATI
 VE AMERICAN FLUTE  3:00pm – 5:30pm, Fee £25\nHEALING SOUND JOURNEY 
 6:30pm-8:30pm (doors open 6:00pm), Fee: £10\nYou can attend just one 
 of the workshops or if you wish to attend both, you will get £5 disco
