Hi.., Thanks for Your great reply! - Concerning the 'conquests' I think it's true and obvious what has been said: As long as our education and social system is based on the fear to fail, not to be good enough or not to be the best (to get a job for example) conquest- and competition-spirit unfortunately will remain. -
