Yeats Poem

This voiceover of a well-known poem by the Irish poet WB Yeats is my Seasons Greetings “card” to friends who are and friends to be made.

Yeats had an ideal of a place in nature for a life of peace – the small island of Innisfree in County Sligo. As we move into the 23rd year of the millennium, let’s all do our best to make the place where we live a place of peace – a haven free from stress, hatred, and fear.

May the Tree of Life grow in the garden of your heart and bear the fruit of blessing in the orchard of your soul.
