- So have studied some of the traditions of meditation . . . yoga, Buddhisms, sound yoga, Sheng Zhen qigong, & ideas that can help understand how to access deeper levels of understanding & connection -especially with the amazingly rich source of feelings that we humans are blessed with being able to experience. Bliss- love - ecstasy - peace - as they happen - the focus of mind - the energies in & around us . . .

- now i feel swept along in amazing - thrilling energizing currents that are breaking open the boundaries in me - I am boggled & dazzled - amazed lately - so surprising - is fun too - but wow ! is powerful whatever is happening lately - so i thought it would be nice to see what is happening with others.

I agree with your statements from Osho.. - So many times I become aware of the tension in me created by the 'eternal' SHOULD do more; and then the wonderful relief of releasing this impulse, - to take a deep breath - to relax - to calm down and to be in Peace, the space where every thing for positive change and evolution is possible. -
