- So have studied some of the traditions of meditation . . . yoga, Buddhisms, sound yoga, Sheng Zhen qigong, & ideas that can help understand how to access deeper levels of understanding & connection -especially with the amazingly rich source of feelings that we humans are blessed with being able to experience. Bliss- love - ecstasy - peace - as they happen - the focus of mind - the energies in & around us . . .

I am realizing when people — like us being with each other — is like at a soul level — the peace & warm love feeling seems to be common meeting place for souls — which is eternal — i see that it is possible here in our human lives to experience this.
I once had a dream where i looked thru many eyes — since this dream long ago — i practice this looking and it has stayed with me — it helps me understand compassion too.

I agree with your statements from Osho.. - So many times I become aware of the tension in me created by the 'eternal' SHOULD do more; and then the wonderful relief of releasing this impulse, - to take a deep breath - to relax - to calm down and to be in Peace, the space where every thing for positive change and evolution is possible. -
