On June 23, 2016, one hundred dignitaries and political, social, economic and cultural leaders will bring their video messages of encouragement and hope for the region to the members of the YaLa Young Leaders movement who will gather online for this fifth online conference. Dedicated to the theme “Hamsa and Hope”, this online event will serve as a day of celebration of the progress made by the YaLa movement.

What do Shimon Peres, Abu Mazen, 25 Foreign Ministers, President of Barca, Leo Messi and Sharon Stone have in common? They will all be joining us on June 23, 2016 for our 5th YaLa Online Conference! During the event, we will gather on our interactive chat platform around the theme “Khamsa & Hope” for a day of celebration of 5 years of the YaLa movement and reflection on the future of the region. This online conference — YaLa Anniversary celebration gave me the impression that Peace is at hand! —

I didn't know of the Peres Center for Peace in Tel Aviv-Jaffa and that Shimon Peres supports the two states solution.

Here a good link about Shimon Peres:

Give us 10! As we countdown the last 10 days before our incredible Online Conference, we want to ask you which 10 words would you use to describe our region - the Middle East and North Africa? Write your answer in the comments below & get creative! And remember to join us on June 23rd as we celebrate our region and hope for its future.
