Gathering of "Women for Peace" in Colombia - Latinoamerica

"Women of the World for Peace", Women representing the countries of Latin America will be present: writers, human rights defenders, cultural women, Nobel Prize winners such as Rigoberta Menchu, the writer Isabel Allende, and the First Lady of Uruguay will be at the gathering. They will be joining the former senator and human rights activist Piedad Cordoba, who will be presenting a letter to the FARC guerrillas.

 

 

 

In Colombia, an international gathering is taking place of a group called Women of the World for Peace.
