A common space for harmonic peacemakers
Instead of placing trash cans around this beach, the city created a large transparent fish with the words "Goby loves plastic, please feed him." The kids enjoyed feeding him so much that he is usually full at the end of the day.
This encourages young people to actively participate in cleaning the beach while teaching them the importance of recycling and waste management in a fun and educational way. It’s an inventive initiative that turns a household chore into a fun and engaging activity for children, helping to keep the beach clean.
