[PEACE POETRY]

Don’t worry

God will not destroy the world

Man is doing a splendid job on his own

God does not condemn nor send his people to hell

He will redeem, restore and remake the pristine reflection in the well

 

Don’t worry

God became the flesh of the world

So we may partake of him at every meal

By his touch everything is transformed and changed

The kingdoms of this world will be loved into a new creation

 

Don’t worry

There’s an old true story so often told

The death of death in the death of the king

The noble robe exchanged for nakedness

Humility for our identity

 

Don’t worry

A golden wedding ring with no beginning or end

The bridegroom cometh unto his own

Exalted over winters’ chill and bareness, now to behold  

Easter’s eternal returning today will be retold
