when yesterday disappears into history
as the bells of today start to chime
the scraps that we hold in our photos and thoughts
are washed by the waves of time
whilst we sail on: the source of light
with tomorrow next in line.

then fresh blows the breeze from the moment called Now
when love seeks to please someway, somehow.
so it sings of itself, its home in the heart
and though we seem strangers; far apart
we are each other in the world of the heart
and we find what we're looking for here
see the light from the heart is quite clear
we all know the feeling of love to be dear.
