swamps of sadness

do not get lost
in the swamps of sadness
I say to myself , others
sometimes in life we will find ourselves there
but keep moving thru
healing , being , expressing
love and loss
it's ok ~ all is well deeply within ~
in the big picture of life
many things , people , come and go , come and go
as we walk across the landscape of our lives
sun , clouds , storms , stars , moon , pass by
a beautiful journey to under take in a human body
learn , let go , love , forgive, understand
Live however life allows us
awake , aware of beauty , it is there
