Letting go of every thing
Sink gently, deep into the bottomless heart center;
Stillness and peace prevail.
If you listen, you may hear
A fine buzz or hum;
But that’s not it!
If you feel, you may find
Silky smooth calm;

If you see with eyes behind the eyes
Sight softens, blurs;
But that’s not it!
It is beyond what the senses perceive–
That from whence we came;
To which we someday return.
