Untrain me
in the lessons of poetry—
my DNA is written in verse!
Especially untrain me
in all the lessons of love—
my soul arrived
an expert.
Get out of the way pedagogy,
away with you old knowledge,
begone stale ideas—
my soul
needs space
to whirl its inbuilt joy,
to share its essential love,
to return to God,
