Roberto Moreira of the Mbyá Guarani original people is the chief of the Yasy Porà village in Argentina rainforest.

The Guarani began as a migratory people due both to survival needs and spiritual beliefs. They originated in the Amazonia and traveled south over thousands of years.

Due to their beliefs the conversation and video with Roberto focuses solely on his work with preserving the tree and medicinal plant species in the area he calls home.

A new study finds that a single trip on a psychedelic can cause lasting changes in a person's metaphysical beliefs.

Overall, people moved away from "hard materialism" to more transcendental, idealistic, and supernatural views of the cosmos.
