A beautiful picture indeed❣️
What a great image, Eva, thanks for sharing it!
what a lovely situation, hope you still have many wonderful hours with your squirrel... how beautiful life can be...
Well, my only one, it was only one squirrel, will come and look at me having the ice cream, it was pistachio nuts, but she would not come close, so I began putting the pistachios out and she, very carefully, will come and get them, at the beginning, but then she would come closer and closer everyday, until she would come and grab the pistachios out of the ice cream herself!
I thoroughly enjoyed her company, while I ate the rest of the ice cream.
oh, how sweet, i wanted to too, but it has cats too, that keeps me from a bird feeder, too bad..
currently we started with a squirrel coming to our balcony on the third floor, so we fed him some nuts.. then came another.. and another. so now we have 3 or 4 (not sure which) come most days.. sometimes they get a few nuts.. when i put out a hazel in the shell they leave any other nuts and rush off with it in their mouth.. and return a bit later for the remaining nuts..
So together with the bird feeder, also on the balcony, i spend a sum every month on our wildlife friends whom we are so lucky to have.
Oh, so cute! I love them!
I used to feed some nuts from my ice creams to one of them that came to my window in an upstairs bedroom in New York!
WOW!
