They do not look like fighting to me, but instead embracing each other, in any event it is adorable and so is the one with the beaver family!
Love or fight? Ultimately, it's a bit up to you to choose what you want to interpret.
On the other hand, the photographer who immortalized the moment explains to us that it is here a territorial fight between two yellow Varan (or Varanus flavescens) in West Bengal in India.
