our hearts , beings , souls

are full of happiness , joy , peace

we just need to learn to tap into them

be with our true selves

in love with our divine essence

which may seem small at first

but expands to fill the universe with love

one love one heart one being

many life breaths

may they be felt as love and light filled

for each of us

peace on earth............ desert water

peace  maker .............. rain maker

peace talks ................. without words

peace knows................ no treaties

                                        no bargains

                                        no deals

 

just come if you want 

the peace you can feel

peace time is our time

for knowing we are real

 

the time to desert the rest of the mess

and know peace yourself

the changeless constantly blessed

THE GREATEST FRIEND

 

the greatest friend i have in life

has brought me here to dwell

awhile among your green green hills

all by the watery well.

 

the water from that wondrous well

has made my eyes to see

and loosed my tongue to sing with joy

that such a friend can be.

 

the greatest friend i have in life

was hidden long from me

above the mountains cold and wide

beneath the sacred tree

that sacred tree whose bark i touched

whose leaves did tell to me

the ancient tales that made me sure

my friend would come to me.

 

the greatest friend a song has given

to sing where i may go

to sing among the green green hills

and where the waters flow

the waters from that wondrous well

that made my eyes to see

and made my mind to ever show

my greatest friend to me.

* I have learned if I , we, take compliments to heart
that increases the size of our heart ♥ self ♥ real being ♥
If we take them to head , our false self increases ,
only bringing us suffering , arrogance , illusion *
