The office of Academic Affairs and Policy supports the efforts of USG institutions to be successful in the classroom and beyond. With key responsibility for academic and student affairs policy and guidance, as well as opportunity to advance innovation and excellence in key areas, the office supports collaborative activities on campuses that advance the System's core mission. filexlib. PRP is approved by the dean and submitted to Office of Faculty Affairs. PRP is followed by four progress review meetings before next annual evaluation (e.g., 1 spring, 2 fall, 1 spring of following year) After each meeting, evaluator summarizes the meeting and indicates if faculty member is on track to complete the PRP.
The Office of Academic Affairs is responsible for the administration of College of Agricultural and Environmental Sciences academic and student affairs programs at the undergraduate and graduate levels.

The burden of proof for an appeal rests with the student. The policies governing the process of appealing grades are covered in the Academic Affairs Policy Manual, General Academic Policy: Student Appeals (Section 4.05-01).
