Using this handbook. The Arts and Social Sciences faculty offers you a suite of undergraduate courses and majors developed in consultation with leaders in their field. Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences will give you access to a vibrant, academically rigorous community. The handbook provides you with the rules and requirements of your degree The UNSW Bachelor of Arts is a three-year degree when studied full time. As you develop your worldview through personalised course combinations, you'll define a future life purpose suited to your passions and skills. Defy the limit of a singular career focus with industry-crossing skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, effective The Bachelor of Fine Arts / Bachelor of Media consists of 32 individual courses, which are the 16 courses from each single degree. As a full-time student, you'll typically study eight courses a year. You can study part-time, and also take advantage of a flexible study load. The Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) is a one-year advanced undergraduate degree for high-achieving students, designed for those who have completed an undergraduate degree in Fine Arts (or cognate area) and wish to extend their critical and creative skills in contemporary art contexts. It enables students to advance their knowledge and The fine arts component will encourage you to explore a wide range of artistic processes, techniques and media through theory and practice. With two distinct majors available, you'll choose to focus on either studio practice or art theory. The Bachelor of Fine Arts/Law double degree program is 5 years full-time and consists of 40 courses (240 Units of Credit). Even though you'll complete two degrees, it doesn't mean double the workload. Each year you'll complete a mix of courses from each degree with the same number of units as a single degree full-time study load of eight It's very important to refer to the online handbook for your program requirements, plus any additional notes on accreditation. The sample program on the following page shows you an example of how you might plan your enrolment. This should be adapted based on the availability and prerequisites of courses for your Fine Arts component.
