A common space for harmonic peacemakers
Southern Ethiopia is home of many different ethnic groups that live just like hundreds of years ago.
This amazing lady is Nasuru and she is an ethnic Nyangatom. As the midwife of her village she participated to hundreds of childbirths. She told me that death was something very common and her own example says it all. She gave birth to ten babies, but only five survived.
Although Nasuru have seen so much death, she never stopped to celebrate life. Her charming and wise eyes never forgot to smile.
