Glimmer of hope
Genuine respect will come about if we have more contact with one another and come to understand each other’s values. This is how we will develop admiration and appreciation for each other. Recently the National Dialogue Quartet in Tunisia won the Nobel Peace prize. This coalition uses dialogue, not violence to solve the myriad problems they face. Although it is fragile, they are now democratic. This is one glimmer of hope arising from the Arab Spring.
