We are in the midst of a quiet revolution. The times they are a chang’in (Bob Dylan). In many places around the world in many institutions, schools, and peoples’ hearts, motivation is turning to concern for others, and away from selfishness. More and more people around the world are practicing mindfulness and meditation. They are turning inward to transform destructive emotions. Of course there is still much violence in the world. As this quiet revolution spreads, the need for violence may diminish. Emaho!
