i would say that even more fundamentally what will matter is the next breath... and so throughout our life we are best off by connecting our breath to our feeling of our heart..  when my first daughter was born the room was full of people.. when she came into the world everyone was silent and waiting for that first breath. when it came the relief was palpable.. when we go its the same in reverse.. until the final breath. other people and relationships are valuable in a lifetime but more so is every breath we take..  'we all live our life on the edge of the very next breath riding the crest of lifes wave.. there is a silent song singing inside and each breath can connect us with it.'
