A common space for harmonic peacemakers
His Holiness The Dalai Lama: “I have some of the aches and pains that come with old age, but these are not so important beside the development of peace of mind. I am just one among 7 billion human beings and I try to make known that the ultimate source of happiness is within ourselves.” ...picture always young in heart with oceanographer Walter Munk ~ His Holiness insisted that Walter Munk sit next to him, acknowledging his seniority at 97 years young ~ speaking at the Global Compassion Summit at the the University of California in Irvine, California on July 6, 2015.

great photo but the words bear repeating over and over again.... the solution to all things for each of us is to be found within us.. how to access the 'within' bit is something that most do not readily see..
the longing we feel from within us is the precursor to gaining access to our treasure.. sometimes called 'peace' but known by many names.. ultimately this is all beyond words..
