Create . . .

some do not wish to take the blame for anything
we wish to simply point at circumstance
sooner or later the truth does shine forth
that nothing in this Universe is by chance

being responsible at times requires broad shoulders
and we must realize we are our own cause
the things of past and the things that are
in this reflective moment i must pause

i have come to know we have power
to Speak, Dream think Life into being
i am the effect that spawned my Now
and all the things i am seeing

some one once spoke these words to me
be careful my son for which you wish for
i knew it not then, but i do know it now
i was the master of Creation’s Door

some of us may rebuke this i know
yet there is some evidence of this truth
the tings i am now was what wished
and are seeded in my youth

i am responsible for my character
my attitude about Life’s things
i am responsible for my joy and love
i can be grounded or adorn my wings

see choice was a primal gift to us
but we still choose to eat of the Tree
what manifests to our lives is of our own doing
we choose to be in bondage or be free

funny, i know we all innately know
the road that leads us back to bliss
is seeded by our thought, our dreams
the wish for that primal kiss

so celebrate and begin your walk
with the God essence within you
Oneness is our Soulful Holy Quest
let the Breath of life flow through
