Our body naturally produces a hormone responsible for increasing the joy and eliminate the pain , this hormone called endorphin


We have often found enjoying a feeling of joy, happiness, zest for life , and finds no particular reason . Even though we had a difficult day , a stressful morning , suddenly , we are immersed in a feeling that can not be described , but that makes us feel good , this euphoria , as the feelings we experience and seem out of nothing, actually born brain.

When the endorphins start to provide extra doses reduces the physical pain and increases the love for life .

As in our body circulates more of endorphins than usual, the small things we see every day go to cause us great joy . While many psychological factors that influence our mood, endorphin is the rightful role more important in determining how we feel every day. Serves a very important balance between depression and vitality.

Like all hormones, endorphin is a biochemical substance , in this case acts as a natural analgesic and euphoric . It is considered the real drug of happiness , considering also that it is a natural chemical produced and processed by our body, causes no side effects and excellent results .

Unfortunately , today , in many cases , are the material goods which encourage us to feel full , but we must not forget that the happiness we must look within ourselves . If you face situations with a positive attitude will achieve increased production of this hormone and we can live pleasant situations , take advantage of opportunities that are cross us in this life, closer to our dreams and thus avoid the suffering and lack of pleasure.

There are different ways for our body to produce endorphins , among these we have:

Meals : Enjoying the color, texture, aroma, the taste of certain foods stimulate several senses of our body , it produces a sensory experience that develops the production of endorphins. We must eliminate greed and junk food .

Music : Listening to music we enter into a sensory experience so great that it greatly influences our mood. To increase production of endorphins must create a pleasant environment , choosing the music we relax or one we like .

Exercise : We must not by enclosing in a gym , the best way to enjoy them is running, walking or cycling . These exercises help to eliminate depression and is the best and fastest way to increase endorphins.

Laughter : It's an excellent stimulating the body both physically and emotionally , improve breathing , release tension and produce endorphins. Should be taken to restore the good humor , capturing the ability to laugh and good will.

Illusions sound; It is able to enjoy the future, peeling of the past and the bad things that happen in the present. Overcome adverse things taking promising projects and dreaming of things possible to achieve. If we keep the dreams and achieve realistic expectations to have fun and it will be easier to start each day.

Hobby : When we feel that our reserves of endorphins is running out to hold an activity that we like is the solution. In developing this work that gives us pleasure we immediately raise the level of endorphins.

The memories of happy events : Reminiscing the happy moments of the past, our brain and relive experiences as if they were happening again, and it is right here when we recover the joy and begin to release new endorphins.

Physical contact with others: We increased the level of hormone production when we have physical contact with whom we appreciate and want , we know that is important to stimulate the sense of touch , like the sense of smell and hearing. Our brain increases production of endorphins when the nerve endings in our body are stimulated to feel close to another body.

Daily life : The monotony , boredom , routine, make our body begins to lower the level of production of endorphins. To maintain stability in this production is necessary to retain the curiosity and interest in various subjects. The great source of happiness is to observe and marvel at the little things of life.

The aromas of life: Smells have a great effect on the unconscious state of mind and memories . Our body produces endorphins when the sense of smell is stimulated by scents that are pleasing to us . The optimism , emotional wellbeing and positive mental attitude determines high levels of endorphins in our body. For otherwise deplete reserves and stop its effects when we are filled with pessimism and depression. In order to feel happy all day and so enjoy it , we must adopt a positive attitude.

time is necessary to us in our daily routine to do the things we like and give us pleasure. Our way of life must be based on optimism , which is the main key to produce the hormone of happiness.

For a life full of happiness is necessary to maintain our level of endorphins stable and not only optimism is that we used for this task , you must also be surrounded by sources of joy, such as family, friends, children, of whom receive joy , companionship and energy to tackle all the problems of everyday life.

The best way to enjoy life is surrounded by loved ones who appreciate us and love us as their support is an endless source of optimism.

Techniques to increase the level of endorphins :

The mental imagery We can help you achieve the stimulation of this hormone. When we started to feel sick and lose our vitality is useful to perform the following exercise that is easy and only take us a few minutes. This will increase the production of endorphins naturally , we invade a feeling of euphoria, energy charge and we will give a positive attitude to cope with daily life .

We must first find a quiet room where there are no distractions, no noise and light nuisance. Then we hear a soft, soothing music , or just listen to the sounds of nature like wind, running water, etc . Then we began to relax , eliminating the muscle tension, slowing the breath while we concentrate on the music.

When the full relaxation we must imagine a small sphere in the middle of the forehead, where the pituitary gland, try to imagine red and that flow large blue light rays , which flow quickly and end up scattered around the body, directing it into the hands first and then the feet, also target any painful area.
