Tribute To Columbia STS-107

wanted to share this in a blog of the brave gallant crew of space shuttle Columbia STS-107 i've always followed the space shuttle program since Challenger in 1986 and with this mission of Columbia STS-107 i watched their press briefings and their mission live as it happened watched their press briefings and mission live as they happened and to find out they had been tragically killed during reentry it was truly heartbreaking. i went to watch their post landing but when i saw it was still in the space shuttle flight control room i was like omg please don't let it be a 3rd disaster in NASA history and soon as i heard the words from commentator James Hartsfield citizens are warned to stay away from debris i went to my room, closed the door and starting crying. i took this a while lot harder than i did the Challenger STS-51L tragedy. i was even asked if i was ok i was about to start crying again. even to this day i found out first hand there are a few people did not know there were 2 space shuttle disasters. that is what makes me feel that Columbia STS-107 should be made aware of they too gave their lives in cause of space exploration and they should NEVER EVER be forgotten. that is one of the reasons why i feel for former NASA astronaut Steve Robinson he graduated in the same astronaut class with 3 of them Rick Husband, Michael Anderson and Kalpana "K.C" Chawla. more information about Columbia STS-107 can be found here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/STS-107 May The Lord Continue To Be With Your Families and we shall continue your legacy and your spirits guide us on our safe journey to the moon, mars and beyond.
