The ongoing religious and communal battles that the world is currently witnessing gives birth to a loaded question – Will there ever come a day where every community celebrates the other without a hint of negativity attached to it?

This commercial initiated by Tata Sky features classical Muslim sufi and gazal artists playing famous Christmas carols on the Sitaar and Tabla. Not only is it heartwarming to see the rendition that they’ve composed days before Christmas, but it is the initiative of doing so that is so touching.

We live in a world where issues concerning rape, discrimination and mass murder have become everyday news. But when one comes across something as genuinely beautiful as this commercial, it lights up the heart instantly. This is another reason why Music has the power to unite the world despite it’s differences.
