A common space for harmonic peacemakers
When a girl is given a necklace of red and white beads in India they have little if any idea of the significance. Up to a quarter of a million Dalit women and girls are dedicated to the goddess when they are young children. When they reach puberty they are forced into ritual slavery. This is their story. This is their reality.
