His Holiness the Dalai Lama's felicitation of Archbishop Desmond Tutu this morning at the Tsuklagkhang. Archbishop Tutu has been a long-time friend of the Tibetan people and a truth teller on Tibet and many other regions in the world experiencing repression and injustice. Archbishop for visiting Dharamsala, letting us celebrate his 80th birthday, and supporting Tibet and the Tibetan people.
