Welcome

When guests are coming to dinner you prepare for them. You may clean the house and set the table and give thought to what you are going to serve before you make all of the meal preparations. How often do you prepare your energy field before connecting with spirit? Clearing your energy field and making any adjustments is akin to setting the table. Yes, of course, you can make impromptu connections, but when you create a welcoming environment in which to welcome spirit guests into awareness, the difference is felt.

Growing

You never stop learning. Why is this? For every choice you make changes the field from which experience arises. And what is learning? Adapting to change. You cannot help but grow unless you never get off the couch. And with these words, we do not wish to make you feel bad about the times that you rest and recharge. Change can most definitely be tiring. We wish you to appreciate that you came here to stretch and grow and in so doing you are part of humanity’s evolution. What a gift you are to the world!

Unstuck

Fixation. You can see the root of this word: to fix something firmly such as with a fixative like glue. Do you ever become fixated upon a thought or concept? Yes, and then what happens? The focus of the mind becomes so narrowed that you lose awareness of other things that may prove helpful. You do not hear other ways of doing things. You do not see alternative outcomes. You suffer. Why? For the mind keeps you in a highly limited state instead of flowing as part of the greater field of Awareness. How to fix this? That which is stuck is also your salvation: Remain aware when flow has stopped. “Ah, I am fixating,” you will then notice, and you simply let go of the stuckness. It is that simple, for awareness is the flow itself.

Openness

Why would you hold back in sharing what you know or have? Perhaps you learned to not “show your cards.” Is life a game? In a game there are winners and losers, and the human is programmed to survive, which you often translate into winning. And how do you “win” once your safety and security are assured? Is it by having the most possessions, beauty, and so on and on and on and on? Perhaps. And when things are no longer satisfying, what then? Try sharing. Try showing your cards. Try openness and compare it with the “not enough” feeling that pervades most players. Openness wins, hands down.

Warmth

Where there is life, there is warmth. This warmth arises from movement as Love In Full Expression flows. You make a bed where you just slept, and the blanket is still warm . . . Evidence of LIFE. And what of your loved ones who have passed? Yes, of course you miss the physical warmth on the blanket, but they are still Love In Full Expression, albeit no longer in their physical vessel. Their beingness still flows through you. That warmth you feel in your heart? Evidence of their life and how it lives on, not only in memories, but here, now, dancing as the oneness you share with all of LIFE and that you know viscerally through relationship.

Why vs. What

Do you question from time to time, “Why did I do that?” Or “Why did that happen?” and then, whilst awaiting an answer, you miss an opportunity to change things for the better. Far better than questioning what is, notice the fullness of what you did or why that happened. It happened, dearest soul, as a result of Love. In. Full. Expression. unfolding. Now, WHAT will you do with this opportunity laid before you either by your own thoughts and actions or those of another. L.I.F.E. is full, indeed. See it, face it, accept what is unfolding, and make the best possible choice for the next unfolding moment now now and now.

Always Here

Do not think that because you have not heard from a certain loved one across the veil that they have dissolved back into the field from which all arise, into the one state of pure being. Perhaps you do not yet realize that you and all others arise, appear, and return to this state moment by moment by moment by moment. You may call this “blinking on and off.” It is the pause between breaths, the gap between words, the silence between notes of music. Blinking off is as natural as being present. The story arises as it will . . . Joy eternally singing the song of existence. You have gone a while without connecting? Have no fear. Their song is as eternal as yours. Trust the arising. Trust that you are aware of being “on” now for a reason, and when you are meant to be in connection, the co-arising will occur.

On Purpose

Why does Joy arise as you? For Love must be Expressed. This is nature. This is your true nature, Love. And what is Love but pure coherence . . . the purest state of being where there is no division, no separation, only This. Love. And so, you, as Joy do not “come here” for any reason other than the Joy of Expression and knowing yourself as Love in Full Expression. You can relax now. You are here in all your fullness, Joy, as L.I.F.E.

Beyond the Suffering

Few in number are those who have not cried and ranted at the passing of a loved one, stamping the feet like a young child and exclaiming, “I want them back!” And this we understand. Do express this desire. It is quite understandable. And when the suffering that arises with the awareness that you cannot have them back in the same way as you are accustomed to becomes too much to bear (you call this grief), perhaps then you will understand why the soul provides the awareness that death is not the end. With this understanding comes the serenity to accept the things you cannot change. Resistance brings suffering. Willingness to embrace a new way of being with those who have passed (for yes, they still exist, albeit without form), will lessen the suffering and amplify your ability to sense what is still right here.
