A Gift From the Heart: Heart Opening Movement Medicine Class with Janine

We are allowed to drop into our hearts, choose to be in presence, decide what we want to focus on and open our entire system for the love around us.

I invite you to let yourself enjoy one hour of heart opening movement!

This session was a sanctuary of breath, flow, emotional release, and embodied connection.

Through grounding, gentle movement, heart-opening practices, free dance, and a final guided meditation, we explored what it means to return to the wisdom of the heart.

This year has been full of growth, healing, connection, and shared moments of truth and we are deeply grateful to walk this path with you.

The class invited us to soften, to feel, to release what no longer serves, and to awaken love, joy, and inner peace from within.
