Note from Suzanne: My guides first validated their presence to me in 2009 by giving me a 3-page poem in meditation that flowed non-stop in mere minutes. Having not written poetry in the past, this was their beautiful way of showing me I wasn’t making up the words that answered a specific question I had posed. I hope that you will see the brilliance in today’s message as well.

What is this thing called proof you seek?
It comes beyond what you call space and time.
Could not proof come in unexpected ways
Such as words that flow in rhythm and rhyme?

Why do you struggle so to know what is real?
Do you not already sense, and taste, and touch and feel?
You need no proof to understand existence
But the mind puts up its own resistance.

“Show me, test it, I need to trust!”

For you perhaps this kind of knowing is a must.
But beneath the musts and shoulds and have to’s
Is a way of knowing .
It needs no rhyme.
It needs no proof.
It is already here.
It has no sense of completion
It is not worried about being satisfied
With the right next word.
It is simply content
To be.
Can you be?
