Healing From Heartbreak
By gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the body and naming your blocks out loud, you can release emotional pain and reframe fear and negative beliefs.
Every love story is unique and special. But the best ones all seem to share similar traits. They evoke images of partners sitting across the table from one another, laughing and smiling. They are completely at ease — not trying to impress one another — simply enjoying and appreciating each other for being themselves. It’s that rare kind of chemistry that sparks when we just click with someone, and they quietly capture our heart.
Yet, finding and keeping that kind of love is not always easy, especially when we’ve been hurt in the past. Heartache can be so hard to get past. Even when we want to move forward, part of us remembers the pain — how it felt to lose someone we deeply cared for, or to grieve a relationship that once held so much promise. Without realizing it, we may guard our hearts, replay old stories, or feel stuck between what we want and what feels safe enough to risk again.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), or what’s known as tapping, offers a simple yet profound way to heal from the past and welcome new love into your life. By naming your blocks out loud and gently tapping on specific acupressure points on the body, you can release emotional pain and barriers around self-love, and reframe fear and negative beliefs into a more positive, encouraging light. In doing so, you will feel renewed, empowered and free, knowing that you can — and you will — love again.
