This is a philosophy that is used to discipline the mind, much as we might exercise the body. The idea behind this philosophy is that our minds tend to be emotionally disordered, and we only tidy up our thoughts when pressured to do so.

What works best for me is Michael Roads 'constantly and consciously choose Love' practice in my daily life.
And it is known that Love only exists in the present moment. ∼
ACIM is familiar to me. I was led to it by a series of miracles in 1987.
Much complementary material has become available since then.
All of it is useful in our journey homeward.

Studied for 20 years, I open the ACIM book, point to a word, and this word is used with every breathe. Before I sleep, I do the same and allow a word to enter my dreams.
