[A Course In Miracles]

A Course in Miracles has 2 parts, the text (600 pages), and the lessons (500 pages).

 

There are 365 lessons. It takes a fair deal of tenacity to keep going beyond the first 70 or so lessons, but even 30 lessons are well worth the effort, because of the personal changes experienced.

It takes about 5 minutes morning and then again in the evening, for the first 30 lessons. The early lessons do not require much mental effort beyond remembering to do them for about 5 minutes. It is much easiler than trying to meditate, but the ideas presented may defy commonsense. You are not asked to accept or believe, only to do it.
