Beautiful Handpan Meditation
Practicing Qi Gong today with Mimi Kuo-Deemer on a YT video, she remarked on how many different forms there are, and how they're all good. It felt encouraging to hear her warmly refer to different teachers swearing by what their "5,000 year old masters have passed down" - teachings passed down that conflict a little in the details. We can amalgamate, we can test what works for the individual, we can pick and choose with sincerity.
