NATURAL HERBAL BATH FOR BURNOUT

fter spend all day working, studying , going from one side to the other , meeting thousands of activities , fatigue is felt and the worst is manifested in our body. Our skin loses its freshness, brightness and began to look as we get older than they actually have.

It is then pause it becomes necessary , at night , when we are done with everything, nothing better than to relax , unwind and forget all we did ... and all that remains to be done.

A good trick to keep us young and energetic is immersed in a bath with natural herbs. The herbs stimulate circulation , oxygenate your cells and muscle release our tensions .

Place the herbs in a tulle bag to look like a tea, you immerse yourself and stay for about 20, 30 minutes .

Doing so at least once a week you will see how slowly your body and your energy will be the usual .

To give the recipe of herbs just need:

* 30 grams of thyme

* 30 grams of rosemary

* 30 grams of mint

* 30 grams of comfrey more

* 30 grams of rose petals

* 30 grams of always living

It will take only a few minutes ... try.
