Peace for the Soul

A common space for harmonic peacemakers

Art as a Trojan Horse | Nadia Plesner | TEDxFrederiksberg

How art truly holds the power to connect us as humans Visual artist Nadia Plesner has spent a decade creating work that examines the boundaries between mass media’s editorial and advertising sides.
She is inspired by the massive stream of digital images we experience through social media and news outlets.

Nadia is born and raised at Frederiksberg and has studied Fine Arts at the Gerrit Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam.
Her cutting-edge work uses the language of advertising to create thought-provoking art. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
