The Forest of Sebastiao Salgado & Lelia Wanick Salgado | Brazilian Rainforest
This is the story of Sebastiao Salgado and his wife Lelia Wanick Salgado who planted a Rainforest in their barren land in Brazil. In their late 50s, they realized the land around their farmhouse was dying. And they started planting trees for 20 years to form a GIANT RAINFOREST.
Planet Warriors like them are the true inspiration of the modern world.
Now, the couple-initiated ideas have become a flagship where thousands of people have come together, under an organization Instituto Terra.
