I have seen a flower clearly

i have felt the flight of a bird
and flown inside my being
I have felt the deep peace of me
being set free
I taste the joy , the beauty , the delight
the pain , sorrow , sadness, anger , frustration
of life on earth in a human body
I honor my heart, the sweetest part
I trust in the knowing of the beauty of me
I love my beloved Friend who has helped
evolve me to really see
I love to keep learning
seeing , feeling , being, understanding
the presence of me on earth
able to be , exist , love , play
honor all of life
because I honor the essence of me
