It is devastating, it makes me feel angry and frustrated...the humane -being destroys the planet. This time - it is the sea and its creatures...

While it's good to be aware of the devastation that has been caused it's wise to concentrate on sending healing to the waters of the world - in particular the gulf. Feelings of anger and frustration create more anger and frustration. This video from Amyn Dahya is really helpful.
